Event Space Rental

We love hosting community events at Nido.

We’re located at 902 Broad Street, just a few minutes away from downtown and right near Ninth Street. 
Our coworking space is available to rent on weeknights and weekends, as well as during our breaks.


The Space

Our space can be arranged in a few different ways: as a roundtable discussion (seats 12 comfortably with table space for everyone), presentation with tables (20 people), and lecture style with no tables (30 people).

We have side rooms that can be used for food and drinks or breakout discussions⁠—they’d also work very well for a gallery showing.



Equipment: A projector and projector screen are included with your rental.

Coffee: If you’d like coffee included, please let us know and we can arrange it.

Childcare: Childcare can be added on for an additional fee and based on availability.

We should also mention access to WiFi.
How about access to the fridge if they bring food that needs to stay cold?



If you’re just starting out and need to adjust the rental fees, just ask. If you would like to make an additional donation, you can do that, too!

Our rates are as follows:

Evening weekday rental (2 hours): $50

Evening weekday rental (4 hours): $80

Weekend rental one day: $125

Weekend rental two days: $225
